BOOKING CONDITIONS - All rates in Australian Dollars.

To protect our staff and vulnerable community members you  will need to be fully vaccinated or have an exemption (medical or age) to stay at Somerset apartments.  It is a requirement at check in to show your vaccination/ exemption status, please travel with the required documentation. We will be unable to check you into your accommodation without this.

ALL bookings need to fill out our COVID declaration within 48 hours of travel

Upon booking a one night per room depsosit is charged to the supplied card. This deposit is refundable up to 6 weeks prior to travel.

Balance owing on accommodaiton is due 6 weeks prior to travel and will be charged to the supplied card.

There is no refund/transfer for bookings cancelled 6 weeks or less prior to travel.

Qantas flies daily from Sydney but seats are limited, if you are unable to secure flights and are inside 6 weeks of travel we are unable to issue a refund. We recommend booking your flights at the same time as your accommodation

TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION:

We strongly recommend that all guests have travel insurance for their holiday on Lord Howe Island. Flights can be cancelled/delayed due to inclement weather and other Qantas related issues ( schedule changes, mechanical issues etc).
If you are unable to travel you will need to seek a refund through your travel insurance for accommodation costs.

COVID POLICY:

If you’re directly affected by a NSW COVID-19 Health Order  restrciting you travel/movements (or an equivalent COVID-19 Order, COVID Direction or COVID Regulation in QLD, VIC, TAS, SA, WA, NT or ACT), you will not be able travel to Lord Howe. We’ll provide a 100% accommodation dollar credit with no expiry date. Proof of residency may  be required.
